For the past 40 years artist Vojislav Morosan has painted historic buildings and landscapes in Eastern Canada, southern California,Hawaii, and British Columbia.

Morosan studied art in France and here in Canada where he moved in 1968 until his passing on
May 16,2008.

A visible artist, he prefered to work on location in oil and watercolors using a high key palette.

Churches, public buildings were meticulously rendered under a sunny sky which reveals the detail of the architecture.

When Morosan painted more freely he choose subjects other than buildings, he turned to watercolors and lets his brush flow more freely. His major studies were in oil, many of which were privately commissioned. He has concentrated his art work on subjects in cities and rural areas, and made himself available for commissions of public buildings and private homes, as well as from photographs.

Major exhibitions in Toronto, Oakville, Milton, Brampton, Erin, Stratford, Elora, Fergus, Guelph, Cambridge, Ancaster, Grimsby, Burlington, San Diego-La Jolla,White Rock, Vancouver and West Vancouver.
